Sewanee Church Music Conference
July 7-13, 2025

DORMS & AMENITIES  (Single Room & Board: $1,350.00; Double Room & Board: $1,250.00)
Both dorms are air-conditioned with wi-fi accessibility.
If you need shuttle service while staying on campus, choose Quintard Dorm, as the shuttle doesn't serve St. Luke's.
  1. Quintard Hall:  Most of our on-campus dwellers will be housed here, which is within shoutin' distance of the Seminary and the Chapel of the Apostles.  Lois Fyfe's 24-hour store (shop in your PJs at 2:00am!) will be housed in Quintard.
  2. St. Luke's Hall: This is the smaller (and slightly quieter) of the two dorms and All Saints' Chapel is a hop and a skip from its back doors.  (St. Luke's Chapel is literally in its side yard.)
Our rehearsals and classes will be spread mainly among Chapel of the Apostles (COTA), The School of Theology (SoT), and our regular meals will be taken in the McClurg Hall, with its culinary offerings for all tastes and dietary regimens.

OFF-CAMPUS REGISTRATION (Registration & Campus fees: $710.00 - does not include a meal plan.)
At this time we do not have meal plan prices that will be in effect in July. Therefore we are unable to offer a prepaid meal plan to our guests staying off campus. Attendees without the meal plan may pay for any meals at the register in McClurg dining hall.
If your intention is to stay off-campus, you'll find some suggestions at the bottom of this page.

Quintard Hall is a suite-style dorm with five floors of air-conditioned rooms (and an elevator). Most suites are comprised of one double occupancy room and one single room with a shared bath, though there are a few private suites.  Thirty-two of the single bedrooms are arranged in suites of four rooms which share their own central common room. The common rooms of these suites are furnished with a couch or chairs and a padded window seat. Suites have their own restrooms. Residents living on the third through fifth floors share hall restrooms. Those on the second floor share a restroom, located between every two student rooms. All rooms are carpeted and windows are furnished with blinds. Pillows, blankets, wash cloths and towels are provided. The first floor has a large kitchen with dining room, a study room, a parlor with fireplace, a laundry room, an exercise/TV room, and an indoor bicycle room. There are large TV lounges located at both ends of the second floor.  There is a back patio with a grill.  Lois Fyfe music store will be housed in this dorm for round-the-clock shopping!
Our shuttle service runs from Quintard to all the conference venues.  It does not go to St. Luke's Hall.

St. Luke's Hall is a suite-style dorm with four floors of air-conditioned rooms (and an elevator).  The layout varies from suite style doubles, regular doubles with their own bathrooms, singles, and suites accommodating three or four singles or two double rooms all sharing their own common room and bathroom. All rooms are carpeted and windows are furnished with blinds. Pillows, blankets, wash cloths and towels are provided. There is an Oratory on the first floor, which previously served as a seminar classroom; it has been preserved in its original state with grand architectural features including vaulted ceilings and arched windows.  It now serves as a comfortable study lounge with a section of seminar-style seating perfect for interactive discussions and group projects.  A kitchen with a breakfast area, laundry room, and a common room with cable TV and DVD player are all located on the first floor.  The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, limited cooking supplies, ice machine, and vending machines. The laundry room has four washing machines, five dryers, an ironing board and an iron.  Each floor also has a recycling room.  St. Luke's hosts a large patio and grill on the back end of the building as well as a front patio overlooking Manigault Park. There is also a covered bicycle shed located between St. Luke's and Hoffman Halls.
Our shuttle service does not include St. Luke's, so be sure to book a room in Quintard Hall if you'll need the shuttle.
