CHECK-IN

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN

• ​Registration will be at Quintard Hall on Monday, July 11 from noon - 4:00pm.  
• If you are flying in, you'll take the shuttle to the Smoke House Lodge in Monteagle, which neighbors Sewanee.  We'll pick you up from there!  (See our Transportation page for more info.)
• Since the dorms don't have publicly-listed addresses, go to Chapel of the Apostles (COTA) at 355 Tennessee Ave.
• Quintard Hall sits to COTA's right - look for signage.

PARKING

• Park right in front of Quintard to check in.
• If you're staying in Quintard, as soon as you offload your luggage (there is an ELEVATOR!!!), you can move your vehicle to a parking spot on Tennessee Avenue or park behind Quintard in the Cravens Hall parking lot. If you're residing in St. Luke's for the week, don't despair - there are elevators there, too!  (Just check in at Quintard first.)
